CLUSTERS & VALUE CHAINS
Clusters and value chain development are valuable entry points that ENTRUST adopt in approaching MSME and private sector development. We have worked closely with clusters and value chains in a variety of economic activities including food processing, furniture manufacturing, handicrafts, glazed pottery, marble, FMCGs, white goods, and automotive industry. Based on its in-depth experience, ENTRUST was selected to provide assistance to the Government of Egypt in developing its strategy for the development of organic clusters. The strategy was developed in participatory manner with clusters on the local level, as well as with the pertinent government agencies and private sector associations on the central level.
