Institutional Development & Capacity Building
An important dimension of ENTRUST’s work is Capacity Building, training and Institutional Development. We provide technical assistance needed in order to build the capacities of ministries, governmental and non-governmental institutions. ENTRUST depends on its well- based acquired expertise along with following best practices and benchmarking the current programs against international standards. We adjust our services to address the unique realities and needs of each client organization in a way that ensures efficient sustainable results.
Some of our contributions in that field include the development of local capacities at the governorate level in Upper Egypt through technical assistance support provided to the Social Development Project, funded by the European Commission. ENTRUST was also selected by the Ministry of Foreign Trade to enhance the capacity of the international Trade Points in Egypt. On the regional level, ENTRUST provided advisory services to the Jordanian Ministry of Education by building the capacity of its staff, schools, resource rooms and pioneer centers.
